The ideology is the plan of action. It cannot be an act if it is just an idea. Islamic action starts out with Salat. The idea of how to achieve the responsibility of being man was given to us by and in stages of Towheed, Nabuwwa, Imamat, Adl, and Ma'ad. These ideas will become an action in order to achieve the goal of creation of man on earth. Therefore the action that brings the reality to the idea is called actions. By an act of worship, we develop a sequence and harmony in creation an understanding of these ideas among ourselves and to promote the understanding into the society either in a group action which is called jama'a or an individual act as forada. The actions begin with:

1. Salat which is the connection of man to his creator;
2. Saum of Ramadan or obedience on controlling man in his daily life and achieving the aim of his creation;
3. Khoms or donation of 1/5 of one's yearly savings for promoting economic stability in an Islamic state;
4. Zakat or purification of business and income in sharing with other Muslims;
5. Hajj or pilgrimage to Mecca, a course offered to humanity every year to see the ideal society in the performance of this symbolic act and seminar;
6. Jihad which is the implementation of the idea of Hajj in true action rather than a symbolic act;
7. Amr-bel-Marouf which is enjoining in good deeds in starting an Islamic state and activating the law of Quran or Sharia;
8. Nahye-anel-munker or prevention of bad and what is prohibited in keeping the Islamic State and protecting it in the action of Nahye-anel-munker.
