Nahye-Anel-Munkar prevention of wrong. It was shaitan (Satan) who rejected the command of Allah and acted against the natural path of Allah and disobeyed Allah's command against Ma'Roof. Munkar or evil is confronted with truth . The one who is in the right path should fight the wrong. In every action of ours there is a choice of good and bad. In order to achieve good, the bad has to be dismissed and rejected. In the ordering of good deeds or the laws of the Quran, there has to be the rejection of bad or any act of the non-believers. Munkar (evil) is active to destroy Ma'Roof. In order to fulfill our Islamic duty, we cannot remain calm and neutral since evil is not neutral in its actions against truth. It is the duty of every Muslim to enjoin the command of Allah in preventing the Munkar against Islam.

If the last advice of Allah to us is that He had chosen Islam for us, it is our command to implement its law on earth. It is our duty to activate the constitution of the Quran in the society and this command will be followed by the harassment of the disbelievers. Therefore prevention of any counter act against Islam is required. Whenever there is ordering the laws of Quran, for sure prevention of counter attack is a part of it. Therefore, in achieving the pleasure of Allah rejection of Shaitan is involved and in order to free our society from "Shirk" and unjustice, a Muslim is active as Islam is a religion of action in achieving Allah's command.

In a short review: It was Salat that kept us connected to our creator and Saum of Ramadan for self control and evaluation and levies of Khoms and Zakat that brought us to help each other as one nation or Umma, and the Hajj to see our ideal society in a symbolic act and Jehad to achieve implementation of that just society of Hajj and finally to promote the law of a just society, the Quran as the constitution of the Umma in the act of Amr Bel-Ma R'oof.

The order that we have to be obedient to is only the command of Allah. This command is Quran as a book, Tradition of our prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.A) as Quran in action and then obey those who are high in command . He is the person in our Islamic life who follows closest to the law of Allah and the Sunna of our beloved prophet.

When the command or order is coming to the good deed of our Quran, this is the beginning of an Islamic state. Our Ma'Roof is our law of Quran and its constitution. Amr Bel-Ma'Roof is not an individual act but is the work of the Umma or a group of people. Sura 3, Aya 103

"and from among you there should be a group (umma) who invites to good and enjoins the ('Ma'Roof) laws of the Quran and prevent you from the rejected.."

The word of Munkar from means unrecognized. What is not recognized and is rejected is the orders that are against Islam and humanity. The foundation of Munkar was evil or Iblis in Sura 2, Aya 34:

"they bowed, except evil (Iblis)"

The angels all bowed to Adam, the viceregent of Allah on earth, the follower of Islam.

EVERY ACTION OF US IS RECORDED BY THE ANGELS AND THEY WILL STAND UP ON THE DAY OF HEREAFTER SO WE WITNESS OUR DEEDS. THE CONVERSATION OF IBLIS AND ALLAH IS DEMONSTRATED IN

SURA 7 - AYAT 11- 18

1. And we created you, then fashioned you, then told the angels: Fall ye prostrate before Adam! And they fell prostrate, all save Iblis, who was not of those who make prostration.

2. He said: what hindered thee that thou didst not fall prostrate when I bade thee? (Iblis) said: I am better than him. Thou createdst me of fire while him thou didst create of mud.

3. He said: Then go down hence! It is not for thee to show pride here, so go forth! Lo! Thou art of those degraded.

4. He said: Reprieve me till the day when they are raised (from the dead).

5. He said: Lo! thou art of those reprieved.

6. He said: Now, because Thou hast send me astray, verily I shall lurk in ambush for them on Thy Right path.

7. Then I shall come upon them from before them and from behind them and from their right hands and from their left hands, and Thou wilt not find most of them beholden (unto Thee).

8. He said: Go forth from hence, degraded, banished. As for such of them as follow thee, surely I will fill hell with all of you.

Allah also picks up his best Umma or group of people, and those of us that are in the stage of ordering the laws of Allah and rejection of Munkar or rejector of Faith, they are the best of nations.

"You are the best nation raised up for men. You enjoin the laws of Quran and forbid evil and you believe in Allah." Quran , Sura 3, Aya 109.

Anywhere that Ma'Roof is mentioned in Quran if we replace that with "law of Quran," the meaning will be proper and correct. No doubt when this group of people wish to have the constitution of the Quran as their laws, they will be confronted with evils (Munkar) simply because the law of Allah will overpower any laws. Then the confrontation will be between truth and falsehood- Ma'Roof recognized law of Quran and Munkar - unknown, false (evil).
